Los Angeles Bat Rescue
Los Angeles Bat Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing bat species native to Southern California. If you see a bat that appears to need help, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH. Reach out to LABR for assistance. We are able to evaluate, and intake injured, orphaned, and otherwise compromised bats and work to heal and release them.
Education Programs
Our educational programs are designed to raise awareness about the importance of bats and their role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem. We offer interactive science-based presentations for schools, museums, and other community groups. Our programs are tailored to the age and interests of the audience and can include ethical and safe live bat encounters. If you are interested in learning more, please email us at losangelesbats@gmail.com.
